Job Description:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs, provide high-quality customer service, and resolve customer issues when necessary.
- Responsible for promoting the service solutions and products of the company’s main business, and providing customers with the best quality solutions.
- Responsible for promoting the company’s main business service solutions and products, and providing customers with the best quality solutions.
- Understanding IT and CT products, and be familiar with the characteristics of multiple mainstream manufacturers, such as Cisco, Sangfor, HUAWEI, Ruijie, Aruba, etc.
- Possess strong sales skills and adjust sales strategies according to customer needs.
- Regularly communicate with customers and establish good communication and cooperation relationship with them.
- Collaborate with the team to complete sales assignments.
Job Requirements:
- Possess IT background, familiarity with network products of major manufacturers and professional business knowledge.
- Have more than 2 years of sales or related work experience, with outstanding performance, able to complete sales tasks independently.
- Proactive, with excellent communication and collaboration skills, innovative spirit and teamwork spirit;
- Strong self-motivation and learning ability, able to continuously learn and understand the latest technology and product information.
- Problem-solving skills, able to analyze problems and provide innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Proficient in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
